About:China Visa Fees

10 days overstay

I will have overstayed 10 days when I plan to go back on February 6th, 2016. How much fine should I pay? I heard sometimes the border officers do not fine but give you a warning letter. Am I possible to come back in February?

Nemka, usually, you need to pay the fine CNY500 each day.
If the immigration officers think that your situation is not that serious, you may be given a warning letter without fine. You overstayed for 10 days, I’m afraid you need to pay the fine. You can possibly come back in February.
