About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Luggage retrieval at Capital Airport.

I am flying into Beijing (air China from Heathrow)with a 4.5 hour stopover then flying to Phuket with air China. Do I need to pick up my luggage and transfer it?

No, you needn't claim your luggage. It will be delivered to Phuket directly. Don't worry! ;)
