i cancelled my booking appointment and i want to retrieve it

I was booked my appointment on September 23 for October 14; the university that I am going to join was on vacation for independence day late to send JW200 form and asked to postpone the day so I have to cancel the existing one for another application apparently there is no other day option so I want to retrieve the first appointment which I have been booked and canceled, is there any option please, thank you
