From Hanoi via Macao and hong kong to shanghai. What kind of visa do I need?

Hello
My plan is to travel from Hanoi to shanghai by train. But I want to make stops in Macao and hong kong on the way. And do I need an entry permit if the stops in hong kong and Macao are just 2 or 3 days long?

Sina, yu should apply for a tourist L type if you go to Shanghai for tourism.
As for HK and Macau, you don’t need to apply for any entry permit because you can enjoy free entry to these two places for a stay of 90 days separately.
