Transiting from Vietnam through Hong Kong to the United States

I will be traveling from Vietnam to Hong Kong to connect to a flight to the United States. Traveling as a US citizen with a US passport, will I need a visa for my short stay in Hong Kong?

John, you don't need it. Actually, you can stay in HK for no more than 90 days with your US passport only.
