3 days overstay after expired

Question

Hi,I have applied VISA for China and I got validity for 28.OCT.2015 TO 28.JAN.2016.My travel agent booked flight reservation for 21.JAN to 31.JAN.2016 but my entry permit will expire before 31 Jan 2016. Can I stay legally in PRC for 3 days only. my stay will be for 10 days only.Someone suggest me that if I enter in PRC before 24.00 hrs. then I can stay in there but within same month I have to leave.Kindly suggest me can I stay in PRC for 10 days as this process.

Rex, can I know how long the stay duration of the entry permit is? If the stay duration is more than 10 days, you can stay for 10 days even though your entry permit will expire before you exit.
