3 days overstay after expired

Hi,

I have applied VISA for China and I got validity for 28.OCT.2015 TO 28.JAN.2016.
My travel agent booked flight reservation for 21.JAN to 31.JAN.2016 but my entry permit will expire before 31 Jan 2016. Can I stay legally in PRC for 3 days only. my stay will be for 10 days only.
Someone suggest me that if I enter in PRC before 24.00 hrs. then I can stay in there but within same month I have to leave.
Kindly suggest me can I stay in PRC for 10 days as this process.
