Overstay on a Family Visa

Hi,
I am in China on a one year Family type entry permit with a 60 day stay limitation on each entry.
I have entered PRC on 01.12.2015 and my next job requires me to stay in PRC until 01.02.2016 which would make it 62 days. What kind of problems could I be facing?
Leaving PRC from Chengdu.

Thanks,

Michael, you may be required to pay a fine which is 500RMB each day. And then you need to apply for an exit pass to exit.
Actually, you can go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB and apply for an extension 7 days earlier before the 60 days run out.
