What is the best way to get there? How much will it cost? Do I stay in Tangkou first then travel up the mountain? How should I travel up the mountain and where do I stay? What is the best way to hike it?I will have about 3 or 4 days there to explore the mountain. Is it best to find a guide to take me around the mountain to the best places?Thank you for any help!!

1. You are suggested to take train from Nanjing Railway Station and arrive at HS Railway Station. The train schedules are 00:29, 01:27, 15:40, 17:11 and 17:57. It takes 6 to 7 hours on the way. The ticket fare of soft sleeper is CNY158.5 and hard sleeper is CNY107.5. After arriving, there are direct shuttle bus that can take you to the scenic area. Don't worry.2. Staying at Tangkou is a good idea. It's close to the entrance of mountain area. You can climb the mountain from the back side in the early morning because the back side is easier to climb. Or taking a cable car is also a nice way. It's suggested to stay on the top of the mountain. There are several nice hotels, such as Xihai Hotel and Baiyun Hotel. 3. About the tour guides, you can find one near the scenic area. He or she will take you around the mountain and cover major attractions. Have fun!
