About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

10 year multiple entry type granted to citizens of the United States.

For the above type of visa, should I check off "Other" under 2.2 Intended number of entries, on the application form? Does it cost more? I could not find how much would it be.

Thanks!

Yes, you should check the "Other" box under the item 2.2 and then write your intention to get the 10 year multiple entry type on the space provided. The cost is the same as an ordinary entry permit, only 140 dollars.
