I am from Pakistani, do I required visa or will avail this facility on entry to china?

If you are to make a transit in China within 24 hours, a visa is unnecessary. To leave the transit area, you just need to apply for a 24h visa-free stay permit.

If you are to tour around China, you have to apply for a China visa in advance. Visa on arrival is unavailable.
