About:Chinese Consulate in New York

If I am using my Taiwan passport to enter China to work, do I need to apply visa?

Any document that I need to stay in mainland china to work? Please let me know what is the process to get the necessary document.

Hello, do you have Mainland Travel Permit? If not, you need to apply for a PRC travel document to enter the mainland PRC. Upon arriving at the frontier inspection, you may be required to apply for a Mainland Travel Permit with a valid duration of 3 months.
After obtaining the travel permit, you need to find a company to employ you and then ask the employer to apply for the Employment Permit for HK, Macau and Taiwan Personnel for you. And the next step is to ask the company to apply for the Mainland Travel Permit with a valid duration of 5 years.
When applying for the work permit, you need to provide the application form, the mainland travel permit, your medical examination report, temporary accommodation registration form, photos, contract, education certificate, resume and 2 photos.
