Hi, I am from Bangladesh. Can I apply for a VOA in Shenzhen for commercial purpose on 25th Dec 15.

Dear, I'm afraid you cannot apply for VOA in Shenzhen. If you are in an emergency, you need to ask your business partner in PRC contact the immigration office and require a VOA notification. Then you can apply for a VOA with the notification.
