I am very confused by the application, can I bring it in and have help filling it out? Do I make an appointment or just walk in one day. Also, is there any other fees besides the $140 for the visa? Thanks in advance

Dear, you can first fill out the blanks that you are sure about the needed information. As for the confusing ones, you can bring the form to the embassy and consult relevant officers to complete it.  You don’t need to make an appointment in advance. You can just go to the office on a working day.There is no any other fee.
