Visa application centres (opening hours)

Hi there, just wondering if you are aware what are the opening hours for the visa application for foreign nationals on arrival at Shenzhen and Xiamen? Thanks!

Of course, I am aware :) In Shenzhen there are three ports: Lo Wu / Luohu Port: 6:30 - 24:00; Application Deadline: 23:30; Huanggang Port; 24h daily; Shekou Port (by ferry from Hong Kong); 7:00 - 22:30; Application Deadline: 22:00. In Xiamen there are no more visas on arrival. If you only can, I advise you to create an itinerary where you will be able to enjoy 240 hour visa free transit by arriving in Xiamen from one and departing to a third country or eligible territory (eligible territories are Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau). So, if you create such an itinerary, you will enjoy 240 hour visa free transit there and you do not need any kind of visa.
