4 months valid passport

hi I'm liza from Philippines, we would like to travel on April 11 2016 till April 16 2016 to Hong Kong and maybe will go to Macau as well. my daughter passport will expired on August 2016 there is 4 months remaining. do I have to renew first or we can travel without facing any problem for her passport in the immigration. thank you
