transit stay

Question

No transit stay arrangements were made when I arrived Quingdao at 1.55 am by Flight no SC 8830 and was made to stay outside the airport at midnight gor three hours to get my connection at 7.55 am of December 07. The same problem will come on my return tomorrow when I will arrive Quingdao at 18.45 pm of December 08 as my next flight is at 6.20 am of December 09 , My chinese mobile phone number is 132 6223 4681.
