About:Chinese Embassy in India

transit visa for Indian nationals

I am an Indian national and I am travelling to San Francisco with stop in guangzou airport. The layover time is 5 hours. so do I need a transit permit or any other permit to transit through china?

No, you don't need it as you can enjoy the 24-hour direct transit facility.
