Can you bring an apple iphone?

I read an article a while ago (and I quite possibly could have misread it) and became worried that an iphone from the U.S. would be confiscated because it has an FCC not a CCC mark?

Mare, if you bring one for your own use, you needn't worry about this. It won't be confiscated.
