visa denied, please help

Question

i traveled last to china in 2010. now i applied again through an agent and i was denied. according to the agent, virgin pasport holders and travellers whose last traveled in 2010 can not be given visa in lagos except abuja. please i want to do it myself. what documents do i need and how do i go through the whole proces. i only need a 2-3 months business M type. please your kind gestures wil do me good. thanks.

It's strange. I haven't heard such news before. If you are living in the consular district of the consulate in Lagos, I'm afraid you have to apply from there.
