About:

Hi, I am arriving at pudong airport at 10 pm and going to hotel at niuzhuang road, huangpu district.

Please tell me the details of both train and cab options

The last train metro leaves Pudong Airport at 22:00, so you cannot catch it. You may take a cab to the hotel directly for about CNY 170, and it will take about 50 minutes.

Or, you may take Late Night Bus to Middle Zhejiang Rd (People’s Square-Yan’an Rd) Station for around CNY 25. Then, take a taxi to your destination for about CNY 15.
