About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I qualify for a 72 hour visa? Hanoi - Beijing- Toronto?

I'm flying from Hanoi to Bejing... Staying overnight in Beijing and a total of 30 hours...then home on a non-stop flight from Beijing to Toronto. Am I eligible for A 72 hour free transit? How much would it cost?
