Khalid, by travelling by road, do you mean to drive a car or take a bus? If you want to drive a car from Nepal to PRC, you need to get a visa notification via a travel agency in advance and apply for an L type with it. In addition, if you drive the car by yourself, it's not ok, because your driver licence cannot be used in PRC.
