ReplyGenerally, it will still be cold in March, while with many fine days. In the first half of the month, the lowest temp is -5C/23F and the highest being 10C/50F. It can be dry and windy, so wear down jacket, sweater and thick pants as well as long john. It get warmer in the second haf and the temp range shall be 2-18C (36-64F). Ovecoat, jeans and long john are needed.10Reply
