About:Chinese Consulate in New York

can I apply a chinese passport by using only a hong kong birth certificate half centery ago?

I need a PRC passport urgently. can I get it this way?

Hi, are you a naturalized American? If yes, you cannot apply for a PRC passport. You know, China does not recognize dual citizenship.
