About:China Visa Fees

Work in China after overstaying your residence permit

I overstayed my residence permit by 10 days and was fined 5000 rmb. I would like to stay in PRC and find another job, but I'm worried that I will be denied a Z visa. How probable is that? Is it possible to get another job after overstaying?

Anna, you can still get another job after overstaying if the employer is willing to hire you, but it's very likely that you cannot get the Z type because of your overstaying experience.
