Hello...please I need your help. I have overstayed in PRC for three years. But now I surrender I seriously need to go back to my home country. I have the 5000 rmb and the ticket money. But I'm so scared. Don't know where to start from. Thx

Jojo, the first thing you need to do is to surrender at the local police. They may punish you and ask you to pay for fines. I'm not sure whether CNY 5000 is enough because you have overstayed for a long time. Then you need to apply for a exit visa there to enable youself to leave the country.
