About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am flying from Hong Kong to Shanghai, then return to Hong Kong and from there same day to Zurich

does the 72h policy apply?

Hello, Dan, actually, you cannot use the 72 hour free transit because you fly back to the departure country/region after your layover in Shanghai, while 72 hour policy stipulates that passengers should fly to a third country or region after the transit.
