I might be born in 2000. but am I fully a dragon?

Like if you're born at the start of the year, you're considered a 'full dragon' right?

So how about if you're born in December 27 ? (December 2 Chinese lunar date)? Like do I have the same luck as others born at the start of the year? Please Answer ASAP it would be a big favour

Yes, you are. You have the same luck as other guys born in the year of 2000. However, those people born under the same sign but in different years might have different luck.
