About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Can I qualify for temporary permanent visa with a criminal record in US?

I have a record for DWI earlier this year in the US, just wondering if that's something that could keep me from receiving temporary permanent permit in China. I read something about a certificate of good conduct or lack of criminal record thing in PRC.

Lily, I think you still have a chance to get the temporary stay permit as I personally think that the charge is not very serious. Do not be too worried.
