About:Hong Kong International Airport Transfer

Is Hong Kong Visa needed when using the ferry transfer from HKIA to mainland?

Hi. My passport normally requires visas for both mainland and HK. If I want to transit through HKIA and use the ferry service to Shenzhen, do I need a visa to HK? What I mean is: will I have to pass HK immigration, or it's similar to an airline transfer within a controlled path from the airport to the ferry?

Well, you don't need to have HK Visa. And there is a special controlled path that lead to Skypier. So it's not necessary for you to pass HK Immigration.
