I purchased a smart wheel with lithium battery 36 v . can I put this with luggage?

The lithium battery more than 160Wh is not allowed on the flight, no matter checked luggage or carry-on luggage. And the lithium battery cannot go with checked luggage. So you to check if its battery less then 160Wh or not.
