From Hongji bus Station, you can take a bus to Tongshan County first, and then take a connecting bus to Dafan Town. The cave is located in the town, you can reach it by hiking.1

Oh, train is actually available. Take it at WH Station or Wuchang Station to Xianning first. Then take a taxi to Xianning Bus Station at a cost of around CNY20. There you still need to take a bus to Tongshan for a transfer. Considering all, bus travel is easier than train.1
