Hi my name is Kumar I want to change my job profession still I have work permit as manager in the shanghai company I want change my company and work permit as yoga teacher or work in another yoga company how can do...?

Kumar, you should first resign at the company and cancel your work permit. Then you can apply for a new work permit through your new employer and renew your residence permit at the exit and entry administration office. Your release letter and new labor countract are required to provide when renewing the residence permit.
