where will i surrender? and what adress?

hello i want to go back to phil.and i want to surrender..what good reason i will ask if they will interview me? and where will i surender? in the embassy? and what address of that? thnx in advance for your response..

Mue, when they ask you questions, you just answer honestly and be sincere. You can surrender at the local police station, not the embassy.

hello sir Roldan thanks for ur answer..what if i tell them that i work here as a nanny without visa?maybe they will file a case illegal work and i will detained for a longer time..i want to go home but i don't know what reason i will tell them why I stay here without residence permit, becoz my friend tell that i will not tell that i work here becoz they file a case of illegal work. thanks

can i direct go to the PSB to surrender? Becoz I'm here in Hangzhou and the PSB is near in my employers house...can my employer help me to go to the PSB? or they can file case to my employer becoz i just think that when a nanny have no visa the employer is involved in this case if my employer will help me to surrender in PSB,..I need your help...thnx a lot

Mie, I guess your employer will not help you. He/She is partially responsible for your overstaying and illegal working. If you surrender, he/she may also be faced with penalties. In addtion, if you don't want to tell the officer that you have worked here, you can say you were just living with your friend.
