How much is the penalty if i surrender?

Good day!
I’m from Philippines.
I’m a single mother. My son and I has a valid passport. I wanted to go back to Philippines with my son. I was thinking to surrender in Shenzhen. I want to know if how much is the penalty if I surrender myself with my 3 years old son?
