About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Over staying. I over stay in china for more than 2 yeras,I surrender

and I detained for 15 days after that they give me a 10 days visa to go back to my country in the Philippines...i want to ask if i have a chance to go back again in china?

They should tell you how long your ban is. You won't be allowed to travel to the country during the period of the ban as you won't be issued a visa, although you are not guaranteed a visa either even after your ban has ended.

They didn’t tell me if how long...i stay here in the Philippines now for almost 1 year....

You have to ask the Chinese consulate but normally it won't be shorter than the period you've overstayed. Most common ban now is 5 years but that seems to vary by region.

I ALrea call by the chinese embassy and they said the chinese consulate cant tell...thats why i dont have an idea...but some filipino they said can come back...

It is possible if the embassy here give me a visa...it is possible the immigration in china will not allowed me?

If you have truthfully declared that you've overstayed on the form and still got the visa then you are not likely to be banned. If you've lied and got a visa then immigration will find out (all ports of entry now verify fingerprints).
