About:China Transit Visa

I have a 2 hour layover in Hong Kong from South Africa. Do I need a transit visa?

I am travelling from South Africa (with a South African passport) to the Philippines, with a stop over in Hong Kong for 2 hours. Do I need a transit permit please?
