About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi, we are from Nepal. Me and my wife are visiting tokyo via shanghai airport.

we don't have any plan to visit outside airport. We just have to stay in Shanghai airport for about 10 hours in transit. should we need any transit visa or is it done on arrival??
