About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Visa for stay less than 24 hrs

Hi, I am an Indian national and permanent resident of Australia, travelling by south China Airlines to India and back. I want to do local sight seeing and fly from New Delhi to Sydney with connection wait of about 14hrs. can I get a permit for sight seeing, India is not in the list of 51 countries.

Deepak, you can make use of the 24-hour direct transfer policy. To leave the airport and do some sightseeing activities, you should apply for a temporary stay permit at the airport.
