tourist line 3: the east square of xian railway station – qianling mausoleum

Hi, What does it mean that the operating time of the tourist line 3 is 08:00 at Railway Station and 15:00 at Qianling Mausoleum. Does it mean that there is only one bus that will leave from the Railway Station at 08:00 and there is only one bus that will leave Qianling Mausoleum at 15:00?

Yes, you are right about that. The only one bus departs from the railway station at 08:00 and returns at 15:00. During the travel peak time, sometimes there are more buses added in service.
