Beijing Yikatong card at Ping'anli subway station

I will be there next month and my hotel is very close to Ping'anli subway station. Can the yikatong card be borrowed at this station? If not, what is the closest station where I can borrow it? I don't think to get it at the airport because I am likely to take a taxi from airport to hotel.
