Hi, I stayed in china nearly 1 year. During that time I met one Chinese girl and fall in love with her.Now I want to marry her. For last one and half year I am outside of china (staying different countries ) for my work. This NOV I am planning to visit china and planning to propose her. So please tell me what are the documents are required for me to marry her? I hold indian passport. Is it ok go on tourist entry permit and have marriage or I need any other kind of VISA.Thanks

Hello dear if you want to marry Chinese girl first of all you need single certificate from your hometown India you can get this done on the 100rs stamp paper .Your father have to write on your behalf that my son in still not married in india and want to marry chinese girl (mention name) and also mention your passport no. on it. and then show it to the indian embassy in china .After that your girl will show the certificate to Chinese govt. for getting marriage certificate in china.thanks
