Can i get a single entry from Shenzhen border?

I am holding an Italian passport and will be visiting mainland China via Hong Kong.

Roy, it's likely that you can get a five day VOA for Shenzhen at the border. However, it just allows you to stay in Shenzhen. You can't go other places. If you plan to visit other cities, you should apply for a tourist type in advance.
