About:SG01-INTL

I have to land on nanjing airport but before that there is a stay of 18 hours at urumqi airport.

I want to know that during my this stay, can i go outside of the airport and discover the nearby area?

Well, if you wanna go outside the airport and discover the nearby area, you need to apply for the stay permit first.
After that, you can take airport shuttle bus to get to downtown area. Taste some local distinctive foods and buy interesting souvenirs.
