I am an Indian student travelling from Incheon,Seoul airport to Delhi,India via Guangzhou and I have 12 hours of stopover in Guangzhou. I was wondering if I could go around and see things in Guangzhou without going through much of application procedures.

Rahul, you don't need it as the 24-hour free transit service is available. During the layover period, you can go around and see the city by applying for a temporary stay permit at the airport.
