About:China Private Visit Visa

S1 visa can work or search for job in China?

If the husband is working with Z type and the spouse having the S1 type, can the spouse work or search for job? If she manage to land a job, the company will need to send her the invitation for Z type?

Chloe, the spouse cann't work with S1 type. She can search for a job first, and then change the S1 type into a Z type. Then renew her residence permit. So the company needs to send her the invitation as well as other documents, like labor contract, business license copy, etc.
