Do I have to apostille my Singapore marriage certificate for S1 visa?

I am a dependant applying for S1 visa. Do I have to notarize/ authenticate my Singapore marriage cert before I submit it for this application?
I live in New Zealand and prefer not to travel back to Singapore to certify my marriage cert.

I heard you just need the original and photocopy of the certification to apply for the visa.
