Well, you can take airport express to Kowloon Station first.
Then take free shuttle bus line K1 to get to your hotel directly. The operating hours of this line are from 06:12 to 23:12 with the frequency of 12 minutes.
The return way is the same as long as you have round-trip airport express tickets.
