About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

is there a bus or train from Pudong airport to the city of Changshu?

No, there is no direct transport from the airport to Changshu.
You can take the airport shuttle bus line 7 to South Railway Station. And then walk about 370 yards to the South Bus Station, where you can take a bus to Changshu directly.
