About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I'm hungarian citizen spending half of year in Hangzhou with student visa.

Since i'm not staying for a year, I couldnt apply for residency and for multiple entry. I'm flying to Hongkong, but my flight to Kirgizistan is from Hangzhou- Urumqi. I wanted to come back with direct transit, but my flight from Urumgi got delayed. Now i'm arriving back approxiametly at 23:20 on 17th of July, and I have flight from Hangzhou from 08:55 to Urumgi, but from Urumgi to Kirgizisztan at 08:05 on the 19rh of July. Do I need to apply if i won't leave the airports?

Thanks,
Vanda

Vanda, since you fly by two Chinese cities (Hangzhou and Urumqi), you are disqualifed for 72 hours free transit. So you need to apply for a transit type when you are in HK. I am afraid that you may not apply successfully from the office because you don't hvae local resident status. You should try to find an agency to help you acquire it.
